10 notices issued to outlets in Perak for charging more than RM1 for a glass of water

Perak Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry director Saifullizan Kamarul Zaman told reporters on Monday (April 12) that the ministry had issued 10 notices to food and beverage premises operators during its Ops Catut 8.0 on suspicion of charging more than RM1 for a glass of plain water.
He said the notices were issued under Section 21 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act.
