When tabling the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP) in Parliament on Thursday (July 31), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government is targeting an annual GDP growth of 4.5% to 5.5%, driven mainly by domestic demand, particularly private consumption and investment.
