29 plead guilty to violating conditional MCO by gathering at a pub

Twenty-nine people pleaded guilty at a Magistrate’s Court in Ipoh, Perak on Friday (May 29) for defying the conditional movement control order (MCO) by drinking at a pub on May 26.
In the same court, the 35-year-old pub owner was also charged for organising a prohibited business activity during the period.
They were fined RM1,000 each.
