7,919 littering notices issued nationwide in first five months, says SWCorp

A total of 7,919 littering notices have been issued nationwide in the first five months of this year, SWCorp chief executive officer Khalid Mohamed said, with 62% involving locals and 38% foreigners.

In Johor alone, 1,418 notices were recorded, with 95% linked to cigarette butt littering.
