Former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah told the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Thursday that he was in a "delicate position" as he had to balance both the interests of the country and 1Malaysia Development Bhd.
The 42nd prosecution witness in Datuk Seri Najib Razak's RM2.28bil 1MDB graft trial said he wore "two hats" as the then-Treasury secretary-general and as a member of 1MDB’s board of advisors.
