Aaron-Wooi Yik beat Chinese pair to set up all-Malaysian semis clash

World No. 2 badminton men's doubles pair Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik made it into the Malaysia Masters semi-finals after breezing past China's Hu Keyuan-Lin Xiangyi 21-15, 21-16 in the quarter-finals on May 22.

The Malaysian pair will face compatriots Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani in the last four. This is the fourth time Aaron-Wooi Yik play in the semi-finals, having lost a final to Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun in 2025.
