World No. 2 men’s doubles pair Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik fell short in the Malaysia Open final on Sunday (Jan 11), losing to world No. 1 Kim Won-ho and Seo Seung-jae.
The Malaysian duo, backed by a raucous home crowd at Axiata Arena, fought hard to contain the relentless attacks from the Korean pair who proved too strong for them.
After 64 minutes of intense rallies, Aaron-Wooi Yik went down 15-21, 21-12, 21-18.
