Ab Aziz: Road safety drives not having desired effect

Road safety campaigns implemented in Malaysia have failed to reduce road accidents, the Transport Ministry admits during The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims on Monday.
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Ab Aziz Kaprawi said the rate of road crashes in the country continue to rise, with over 900,000 cases recorded last year in which over 7,000 were fatal.
