AGC: Insufficient evidence to charge Khairuddin

The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) on Wednesday (Oct 21) said Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali would not be prosecuted for flouting the mandatory home quarantine rule due to insufficient evidence which failed to meet the required burden of proof.
