Air Europa flight makes emergency landing in Brazil after severe turbulence

An Air Europa flight headed from Madrid to Montevideo was diverted to a Brazilian airport on Monday (July 1) after hitting severe turbulence, the carrier said.

30 passengers experienced minor injuries, local health authorities said.
