Six-year-old Albertine Leo Jia Hui has finally reunited with her loved ones.

Facebook user Barbie Hui Hui shared a photo of Albertine with her mother Leo Qieo Xin, her father and several others believed to be family members, on Tuesday (July 23) evening.
