Animal abuse: Pro badminton player fined RM25,000 for beating husky

A professional badminton player was fined RM25,000 by the Kajang Sessions Court on Friday (Aug 30) after he pleading guilty to repeatedly beating a dog at his house last month.
21-year-old Samuel Lee was charged with beating a husky on the balcony of his residence at Landmark Residence, Kajang, between 12.09am and 12.19am on July 1 this year.
