Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has congratulated Donald Trump for winning the US presidential election, of which the official result is merely a formality.

"Congratulations to @realDonaldTrump on his remarkable political comeback and victory in the US presidential election," he said on various social media platforms on Wednesday (Nov 6).
