Anwar: Islamic scholar’s books, analysis have profound impact on my life

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says he is not biased just because he often took the renowned scholar Sheikh Dr Yusuf Al-Qaradawi’s works as a reference, even during his younger days.

The Prime Minister said that at the launch of the Egyption-born Islamic scholar’s autobiography titled "Syeikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, Sebuah Autobiografi: Sang Pelita Umat" on Tuesday (July 11) that in fact, the Islamic scholar’s analysis of various aspects such as moderation in thinking, actions, understanding, and the lives of Muslims in the economic and social spheres, have had a profound impact on his life.
