Anwar says Najib's 'house arrest order' solely a Pardons Board issue

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has distanced himself from a purported "addendum order" for former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to serve the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.
Speaking to reporters after prayers on Friday (April 19), the Prime Minister said the matter as it falls under the jurisdiction of the Pardons Board, over which the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and the Malay Rulers have absolute authority, therefore all parties should accept it and focus on ensuring security and strengthening stability.
