Archaic gambling laws being reviewed, says Deputy Home Minister

Archaic laws on gambling are being reviewed to tackle rising online gambling activities, says Datuk Seri Ismail Mohamed Said.
The Deputy Home Minister said that when replying to questions raised by Noorita Dual (PH-Tenom) and Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim (BN-Baling) in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Nov 8), adding that the Home Ministry is working with the Finance Ministry to see if the laws should be amended to ensure that they are relevant to current times.
