Authorities identify gunman, give victim updates after Louisiana shooting

A gunman who killed seven of his own children and an eighth minor in a domestic violence incident on Sunday (April 19) in Shreveport, Louisiana has been identified as Shamar Elkins.

He was later fatally shot by police following a vehicle chase.
