Azmin: Freedom of navigation in South China Sea must remain unencumbered

Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said the freedom of navigation in the South China Sea must remain unencumbered while admiring China for its economic power and military prowess.
Azmin said that when asked to comment on his closing speech at the South China Morning Post's China Conference on Thursday.
The Economic Affairs Minister also elaborated on the country’s plans to form strategic alliances with its counterparts in China.
