Muslims must be ready to undergo a migration of the mind and culture in order to understand and interpret contemporary issues in various dimensions, said Perak Ruler, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah, in his opening speech at the state-level Maal Hijrah celebration in Ipoh on Wednesday (July 19).
