Better if student councils came up with campus concert guidelines, says Khaled Nordin

The Higher Education Ministry has not received the alleged new guidelines regarding concerts on university campuses, says Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin.

The Higher Education Minister on Friday (Sept 1) said this when asked to comment on the alleged Guidelines for Entertainment Activities (Concerts) in Higher Education Institutions that were posted by Universiti Malaya Association of New Youth (Umany) on their Facebook page on Friday, adding that he would have preferred the guidelines to be prepared by the student councils themselves so that there would be no need for "such" guidelines.
