In conjunction with Kuala Lumpur's 50th anniversary next year, Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim told the press on Tuesday after launching the renamed Pustaka KL @ Keramat Mall in the city that the ministry wants to revitalise Kuala Lumpur as the top shopping destination in Southeast Asia.
