Birthday prank or bullying? KBS probes viral IKBN Miri video

The Youth and Sports Ministry (KBS) has launched an independent probe into an alleged bullying incident at the National Youth Skills Institute (IKBN) Miri after a viral video showed a student being lifted and slammed against a pole.

Although police classified it as a birthday prank with no coercion, Minister Hannah Yeoh said the ministry will proceed with its own investigation to safeguard students.
