Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Mohamed Hanipa Maidin on Wednesday said the Opposition was taking revenge against Pakatan Harapan when the 2020 Budget for the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry was nearly defeated by a bloc vote.
