Blood donors urged to come forward as supply drops 33%

The government has called for blood donation as the National Blood Bank's supply has reduced by 33 percent since the start of the movement control order (MCO).
Senior Minister (security cluster) Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that, adding that the special cabinet meeting on Monday decided that legitimate blood donors are exempted from the MCO and can donate blood at hospitals and public health clinics from 10am to 10pm during the MCO period.
