Bodycams to enhance RTD's officers enforcement transparency and safety, says Loke

Road Transport Department (JPJ) enforcement officers will be equipped with body-worn cameras this year to enhance transparency and safeguard officers, announced Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
At a press conference on Monday (Jan 6), Loke stated that the cameras aim to improve accountability during enforcement, especially involving heavy vehicles, and to protect officers from verbal abuse by motorists.
