Bomb scare in Ayer Keroh, Melaka

A mysterious bag left on the counter of a bank in Ayer Keroh set off a bomb scare on Tuesday..

Melaka Tengah OCPD Asst Comm Afzanizar Ahmad said the bomb squad had eradicated the bag which contained a stack of papers.

Asst Comm Afzanizar said the package was left behind by a woman and police are currently tracking her down to find out her motive for placing the package.
