Border agency seizes RM2mil worth of contraband nationwide

The Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) has seized about RM2mil in various enforcement actions nationwide since the start of the year.

At a press conference at Port Klang on Thursday (Jan 22), director-general Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said the agency recorded seizures totalling RM2.04mil between Jan 1 and Wednesday (Jan 21) at land, sea and air entry points under its jurisdiction.
