Budget 2027: Special Financial Aid of RM1,500 for civil servants, RM750 for government retirees

Civil servants in Grade 56 and below, including contract staff, will receive RM1,500 in financial assistance, while more than one million pensioners, including veterans with and without pensions, will get RM750.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced the aid when tabling Budget 2027 on Friday (Oct 9).
