Bukit Aman makes it easier to pay summonses via inhouse mobile app, website

Bukit Aman has developed a dedicated mobile phone application and website to pay summonses online.
The service, which is in its final stages before being rolled out to the public, is expected to make the payment of summonses easier instead of queuing up at counters.
Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department director Deputy Comm Datuk Azisman Alias said they began developing the app and website last year.
He said last year a total of 5,263,606 summonses were issued compared to 5,016,187 in 2019.
