The rollout of the Cloud-Based Clinical Management System (CCMS) at government health clinics has reduced waiting times, with 81% of patients now seeing a doctor within 60 minutes.
Deputy Health Minister Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib told the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (July 8) that the Health Ministry plans to expand CCMS to 2,917 health clinics and the Dental Information System (DIS) to 728 dental clinics nationwide by 2028.
