Port Dickson Bersatu chief Badrul Hisham Shaharin is seeking to set aside a Kuala Lumpur High Court judgment ordering him and a YouTuber to pay RM550,000 in damages to businessman Datuk Seri Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak.
