Transport Minister Anthony Loke has again sent a stern warning to stubborn parents who still refused to install the child restraint system (CRS) in their vehicles for their children.
Loke was commenting on the recent case of a toddler, who was not seated in a child car seat and was thrown out of a car along the North-South Expressway.
He said this on Thursday after attending the ECRL project public inspection site at the Port Klang Authority headquarters.
