Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Wednesday (June 19) reiterated China's steadfast regard for Malaysia as a close neighbour and vital partner.

“Standing at a new historical starting point, China-Malaysia friendship is like this continuous railway track, spanning mountains and seas, with a promising future,” he said when officiating the groundbreaking ceremony of the East Coast Rail Link Gombak Integrated Terminal station.
