Complaints against Customs officers drop by almost 40% after body cameras introduced

The Customs Department officially launched the use of Body Worn Cameras (BWC) on Saturday (Oct 12). It said complaints of misconduct involving Customs officers had declined by 38.46% following the implementation of the BWC.
