Conditional MCO: Mixed reactions from eatery owners on dining in

Despite the government’s decision to relax the movement control order (MCO) by allowing eateries around Kuala Lumpur to accept dine-in customers, some eatery outlets and restaurants prefer to remain to cater only for takeaways, while some expressed confidence with the idea that dining in is safe as long as both staff members and customers adhere to strict social distancing regulations and hygiene.
