Conference of Rulers notified of Tunku Nadzaruddin's succession, say Undang and disputed chiefs

A Negri Sembilan Undang and three other ruling chiefs whose positions are in dispute claim that only Tunku Nadzaruddin Tuanku Ja'afar has the authority to exercise the functions of the Yang di-Pertuan Besar, including attending meetings of the Conference of Rulers.

The group said the Negri Sembilan government formally notified the Conference of Rulers of what they described as the removal of Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir and the selection of Tunku Nadzaruddin as the 12th Yang di-Pertuan Besar.
