Cop claims trial to taking RM20,000 bribe

A police sergeant pleaded not guilty at the Johor Baru Sessions Court for accepting a bribe worth RM20,000 as an inducement to release a person from an investigation two years ago.
The accused, S. Usha Nanthiny, made the plea after the charges were read to her in front of judge Siti Noraida Sulaiman on Monday.
