Cops will record statements of all parties in teen's Cheras hostel bullying claim

Police will record the statements of every party, including the parents, friends and the school administrators in connection with the teenager who ran away from a hostel in Cheras, claiming he was bullied repeatedly.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Allaudeen Abdul Majid confirmed to reporters after attending the KL police monthly assembly on Wednesday (Dec 20) that police had received a report lodged by the teenager's family on Tuesday, and the case will be investigated by D11 under Section 31 of the Child Act 2001.
