Court dismisses bid by Musa Aman to stop Sabah election

The Kota Kinabalu High Court has dismissed an application by former Sabah chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman and 32 assemblymen who sought a judicial review on the Yang di-Pertua Negeri’s decision to dissolve the state legislative assembly on July 30.
The decision by Sarawak-based High Court Judge Judicial Commissioner Leonard David Shim on Friday effectively puts an end to any attempt to stop the Sept 26 Sabah elections.
