Court fixes June 24 to hear submissions in Najib-Arul audit-tampering trial

The Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed June 24 to hear submissions of both parties in the 1MDB audit-tampering trial following the prosecution's application to amend the charges levelled against Datuk Seri Najib Razak and former 1MDB CEO Arul Kanda Kandasamy.
Meanwhile, Najib will be seeking for a release from a charge of tampering the 1MDB audit report based on the cross-examination conducted on former chief secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa.
