Covid-19: 1,600 new cases recorded with highest increase in Negri Sembilan

Malaysia recorded another 1,600 confirmed Covid-19 cases on Monday, with Negri Sembilan recorded the highest increase at 541 confirmed cases.
In a statement, Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah also said two more people have died, pushing Malaysia’s death toll to 384.
The country also discharged 1,033 Covid-19 patients, while the number of people with active Covid-19 infections in Malaysia is now at 11,604.
