Covid-19: 1,638 cases nationwide, Perak records highest spike

Perak recorded the highest increase in new Covid-19 infections on Saturday with 494 new cases, followed by Selangor with 352 cases and Sarawak with 290 cases.
In a statement, Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah also said a total of 1,638 new Covid-19 cases were recorded while there were three fatalities in the last 24 hours.
