Covid-19: 1,704 new cases reported, 11 fatalities, 9 new clusters

Malaysia recorded 1,704 new Covid-19 infections on Sunday (Jan 3), says the Health Ministry.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the country also reported 11 new Covid-19 fatalities, bringing the country’s death toll to 494.
Meanwhile, nine more clusters have been detected in Johor, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor Terengganu and Kelantan.
