Covid-19: 2,234 new cases, highest in a day; three more deaths

Malaysia recorded its highest number of cases at 2, 234 infections on Thursday (Dec 10), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 78,499.
Prior to this, the most number of cases seen in a day was 2,188, which was recorded on Nov 24.
Selangor recorded the highest confirmed cases at 1,428 cases, followed by Sabah with 274 cases and Kuala Lumpur with 108 cases.
