Covid-19: 236 recovered, 131 new cases

Malaysia discharged 236 more patients as of noon Monday (April 6) - the highest number of recoveries in a single day for the country so far.
So far, 1,241 patients have recovered from Covid-19 since the outbreak began.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said at the ministry’s daily Covid-19 briefing on Monday, adding that the country also recorded 131 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, taking the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 3,793.
The country also reported one new death, which brings the Covid-19 death toll to 62 cases.
This translates to a fatality rate of 1.63% out of the total number of cases.
