Covid-19: New cases breach 3,000 mark for first time since Feb 25, 15 fatalities

Malaysia reported 3,142 new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday (April 28), bringing the total number of cases in the country since the pandemic began to 401,593, says the Health Ministry.
A total of 26,719 cases remain active while 1,822 were discharged, while 15 deaths, all involving locals, were recorded, pushing the total fatalities so far to 1,477.
