Covid-19: No need to reopen quarantine centre at MAEPS yet, says Health DG

There is no need to reopen the low-risk quarantine and treatment centre for Covid-19 patients at the Malaysian Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said that on Monday, adding that this is because the Health Ministry has sufficient facilities to handle the growing number of Covid-19 cases.
Dr Noor Hisham also said the the Ministry has identified several hospitals to accommodate the increasing number of Covid-19 cases, including adding the number of beds.
