Covid-19: Seven new cases, death toll remains at 124

Malaysia is back to single digit Covid-19 infections on Monday (July 27), recording seven new cases. This brings the total number of infections to 8,904 cases.
Health Ministry director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that, adding that the country saw no Covid-19 deaths, keeping the death toll at 124, or 1.39% out of the overall number of cases.
Dr Noor Hisham also said one patient had recovered on Monday with a total of 8,601 patients discharged since the Covid-19 outbreak began.
At present, no patient is being treated at the intensive care units (ICU) and no patient is currently requiring ventilator support.
