Covid-19: Seven new cases detected, none from Sivagangga cluster

Malaysia recorded seven new Covid-19 cases but did not register new infections from the Sivagangga cluster.
This brings the total infections in the country to 9,070 with 170 active cases, says Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
Dr Noor Hisham also said there were currently two Covid-19 patients being treated in the intensive care unit, and one case required ventilator support.
Forty-seven patients had been discharged, while no death was recorded, keeping the death toll at 125 cases.
