Covid-19: Spike of 31 new cases, death toll remains at 118

Malaysia recorded 31 cases on Thursday (June 11), taking the total number of infections to 8,369.
This marks a return to double figures, after three days in a row of single-digit daily cases.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that at the Health Ministry’s daily Covid-19 media briefing, adding that out of the 31 new cases, 11 are imported cases involving returning Malaysians who were infected abroad.
